Salt & Pepper Squids with Yum Yum Sauce

Serves: 4-6

  • 1 packet Pacific West Salt & Pepper Squids 400g
  • 4 cups oil for deep-frying


  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Thai chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp chopped ginger flower (bunga kantan)
  • 1 tbsp chopped mint leaf
  • 1 tbsp lime juice


From frozen, deep fry Pacific West Salt & Pepper Squids 180°C for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown. Dish and drain.

Put all the sauce ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until well mixed. Serve with fried Pacific West Salt & Pepper Squids.
