Crispy Salad Wrap with Tempura Fish Fillets and Asian Slaw
INGREDIENTS:
8 Portions
- 200g Red or white cabbage
- 150g Red or yellow onion
- 150g Carrots
- 150ml Sesame dressing
- 200g Salad leaves
- 8 Tortilla wraps
- 8 Pacific West Tempura Fish Fillets
INSTRUCTIONS
Finely slice the cabbage and onion then peel the carrot and grate it mix altogether with the sesame dressing set aside.
Cooking instructions for the Pacific West Tempura Fish Fillet Deep Fryer • 180°C • 5 – 6 minutes.
To assemble place the tortilla wrap on a plate or surface.
Lightly spread some of the coleslaw in it add a few salad leaves then top off with 1 tempura fish fillet.
Roll the wrap tightly then char grill it then serve immediately.
