Tomato Salad with Salt & Pepper Squid

Salt & Pepper Squid


  • 10pcs of Salt & Pepper Squid
  • 2 large Beef Tomatoes
  • 10 Fresh Oregano leaf
  • 1/2 Tsp Aged Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Tbs of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper for seasoning
  • Dill for decoration or your choice


  1. Fry the Salt & Pepper Squid, then place on absorbing paper to remove excess oil.
  2. Wash Tomatoes and slice very thin horizontal slices, then place as a flower on a plate. Season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil and Balsamic vinegar all over the tomato slices.
  4. Display the Squid on the centre of the tomato flower and decorate with fresh herb.
