LFC Sandwich - (Lettuce, Fish and Cheese)

Tempura Fish Cocktail

INGREDIENTS (2pax):

  • 2 pcs of Tempura Fish Fillet
  • 1 pc French Baguette
  • 50 gr of Lettuce
  • 2 Tbs Mayonnaise
  • 80 gr of Mature Cheddar Cheese slices
  • Salad leaf and cherry tomatoes for decoration

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Fry the Tempura Fish Fillet as per packaging recommendation, then place on absorbing paper to remove excess oil.
  2. Cut your Baguette in two and open in the middle horizontally to create the pocket where you will build your sandwich. Toast the inside of your baguette
  3. Spread your mayonnaise on the inside of the baguette, place your lettuce, the Fish fillet and top the fish fillet with slices of Cheese. The cheese will soften and melt a little on the fish, adding another layer of texture and flavour.
  4. Place on your plate with some salad and cherry tomatoes as decoration
