Fish & Purple Sweet Potato Chips

Tempura Fish Fillet


  • 2 pcs of Tempura Fish Fillet
  • 50 Gr of Purple Sweet Potato Chips
  • 50gr of Mixed Lettuce leaf washed and dry
  • 10 Leaves of Sweet basil
  • 10 leaves or Oregano
  • 50gr of Japanese mayonnaise
  • 1 Table spoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tea spoon or Lemon Juice
  • Salt & pepper to season
  • Edible flowers to decorate


  1. Fry the Tempura Fish Fillet and place of drain tray to give time for oil to fall from fish tempura.
  2. In a bowl mix the oil and lemon juice, season with a little salt and pepper. Add the salad and toss so that salad is properly seasoned.
  3. On a plate place the Salad, Fish Fillet and Chips.
  4. Decorate with some edible flowers of Herbs.
  5. Served the Japanese mayonnaise on the side.
